In Missouri, we are allowed Direct Shipments, according to federal law, to ship to the following reciprocal states: AK, DC, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, LA, MN, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
Note: State laws of origin and destination states may also impose quantity limits, reporting requirements, licensing obligations, and limits on frquency of shipments. Under the terms of this agreement to ship, this Winery may ship to purchasersom a state listed below, provided the following conditions are satisfied: (A) The wine is purchased while the purchaser is physically present at the winery; (B) The purchaser of the wine provides the winery verification of legal age to purchase the wine; (C) The wine is for personal use only and not for resale; (D) The purchaser could lawfully, personally transport the wine into the destination state; and (E) The purchaser is the consignee. Authorized Licensed Consignee States are as follows: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, and WI. Pursuant to the terms of our agreement with UPS, shippers transporting wine to the state of Virginia are required to have a license issued by the Virginia Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Pursuant to the terms of our agreement, wine is prohibited from being shipped to and from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Utah, and New Jersey. Approximate shipping costs: $6.00+/- per bottle for the first couple bottles. Around $18.00 to $20.00 for six bottles and $36.00 to $42.00 for twelve bottles. No discounts on volumes shipped. |
